To avoid this happening in a future, I recommend you to turn off the encryption on your hard drive. If you really-really want to hide something from someone, just zip the files with password, don't encrypt them.

well  i used  plus to do it
the new plus

But if encryption on your hard drive is also turned on, it does automatically encrypt your files in My Documents folder. You should turn it off as you seems not to know much about it. Just read the windows help and you will understand better.

Well if you are willing to pay money, a professional can decrypt them...
