hmmm... it seems pretty good... i personally would go for more ram, but obviously it depends on what you want to do with it. good processor, i have one of those myself

Not quite - they slow to a crawl. Shutting down is something the BIOS does at high temeratures.

That's pretty good, your gonna get a 2.0 AMD64 processer (really new technology.. which is better than sempron), less RAM but you could always buy more, you got SATA and a NF4 chipset mobo.  Go for it.

im pretty sure they are PCI-Express x1 sockets?
