sit tight, there are a couple of people working on making it 9x and 2k compatible. As far as I know TB mentioned this a while ago, i believe Ahmad might be working on it (wish that wtbw works on it, he's a god , ofcourse TB is too.). So there is still some hope.

ermmm... you can never make something 100% compatible for 9x/2k if it was specifically designed for NT or higher. Some stuff is simply not build in into older OS's.
Other than that, MS is gradually building down on their support for old OS's.

I do LOVE to get rid of it. But my computer isn't really you know... suitable for Window XP.
128MB RAM
8MB Video RAM
1 Ghz
v.V not really good. I want to change a brand new one but my family isn't rich v.v
Anyway that means ME won't get 7.5?

RE: MSN Messenger 7.5 only for XP?
I think you should just accept the fact that MSNM 7.5 is for WinXP only. It calls upon functions in the OS that simply aren't there in other OS'es.
Looking at the amount of problems with MSNM 7.5 and all those updates i think you're better off with MSNM 7.0.0816 anyways. MSNM 7.5 seems far from finished.
It's not like MSNM 7.5 has so much more than 7.0, it's just some GUI stuff (looks) and voiceclips (wich you won't be able to use with contacts who use 7.0).

You may be able to install it, but i seriously doubt all functions will work (OS dependant things). Not to mention that this is an altered version..wich is ok for personal use, but illegal to redistribute! Unless you have permission of Microsoft to alter and redistribute ofcourse (wich i don't think is the case here).
