I don't remember what feature i e-mailed them about, but they removed it from te comparison list... i'm not sure if it's back, but the e-mail didn't hurt.

Well, he's actually right, especially about the default installation part. However, the malware part isn't correct. The sponsor comes with an uninstaller, if he actually looked instead of just assuming, then he'd know better.

Also, even though the sponsor comes "bundled" technically, it is optional. He should give Plus! some credit for that.

Not really...

He was wrong about it being malware. He was also wrong about it requiring the small program to be open all the time. wrong about custom names, wrong about basically everything. If he hadn't locked that thread too i'd own him till he ran to his mother.

This classification is really a matter of opinion.  Some people view adware as being a type of malicious software; I certainly don't view adware as being munificent in my book.
