Am I that loved or...?
I didn't apply as betatester, and, as far as I know, I didn't receive an invite or got invited.
Does anyone know more about this?

i got the same email today ...but it was from someone inviting me...check the email of the sender...if it isnt from microsoft then someone invited you.

My mail program says " Van:  Windows Live Beta <msnbetax@microsoft.com>".

yes it does, and mine was given to the theunknown.

For what I can see of it (it's hidden, mostly), it's the same.
The Messenger I downloaded also works.
