Bump! has anyone find a way around this issue?

yes, uninstall IE7 BETA
works fine then

sorry i wanst so specefic but i meant keeping IE7 and having the WLM feature working aswell.

for now it seems that that is impossable, we'll just have to wait untill the 2 BETA's work side by side

for me it was IE7 .. it sucks

Found a workaround on the very same page i linked to earlier:

NEW--Attempts to view MSN Messenger Logs generate an XSL error. To work around this issue, configure MSN Messenger to store logs in a folder, without any spaces in the path to that folder.

Did your conversation get moved automaticly?

wells since i disabled it before, i made a new folder, but thats a good point i'll see if moving them form the original to the new one works.
edit yeah just move the the old folder. mine was
C:\Documents and Settings\Guanako\My Documents\My Received Files\guanakoad489871266\History

so now it would be

C:/History

if you already made the folder, just move the chatlogs.
