Cpanel is not in the forum. It is a hosting management script. How do you manage your website normally?
And please, don't answer ftp or I'll be scared.

Unfortunately I cannot provide access to a 'panel' of any sort, but if you want an email address/database added, or anything else changed then you just have to contact me and I'll have it added ASAP.

If you installed phpMyAdmin

Login with your details you use for connecting to the database,

Click "Export" on the page you see next.

You should then see a list to the left. Click the database with the forum tables in it. Also make sure the "SQL" radio button is selected.

Then at the bottom of that page, check the "save as file" checkbox, then click "Go".

A file download should appear, click "save" etc according to your browser.

Then to Import, just click "Import" instead of export on the first page, then click browse, select the file you saved then click "Go" at the bottom.

Be sure to ask him  to password protect the directory that phpmyadmin is in, else if someone guesses it, you're screwed.
