I was wondering if it were possible for someone to use another person/computer's webcam as their own. I'm not asking this for any other reason than to be safe!

if your firends are anything like mine they will have lost the driver disc....

but most drivers can be downloaded from the manufacturers website...

I guess I wasn't clear . I meant, can someone use another person's camera, whilst the other person has it installed in another computer, in another place?

A person can't just use your webcam from another location .

Yeah probably through Remote access or SMS.

It is possible yes but then there should be another program being installed on your computer first. So be sure to know what you install .

I think what he means is can you use someone elses camera at another computer, as your own at your computer. The answer to this is of course not, how the hell would the webcamera see YOU
