'You' in general might not need to disable it... you can guarantee, on any computer I touch, impossible things will be needed.

Oh well, I don't really care, I'm not stupid enough to go to a site like that anyway. They can message me as much as they like. ;)

you can uninstall it

but you can also disable it from running

just run msconfig or services.msc

thats the same as:

/run services.msc (in a conversation window)

then turn it off...
