It's not only about his own perso-message, he can't even see his other contacts' perso-messages.

I know he cant see anyones Personal Message, i am trieing to get to the bottom of it and fix his first then fix it so he can see everyone elses.

I think it has something to do with registry, because he tried it on Windows Vista, and it worked properly.

(He has XP and Vista installed on two different partitions.)
