Who says the IP address is Indian?

The first post does - but are they sure it is the correct IP?

I don't think Surfi is gonna tell us. It wouldn't help anyone telling that anyway, it can very well be a proxy and the actual scammer living somewhere else. In fact, you would be pretty stupid if you didn't use a proxy while you're doing stuff like this.

Why do he want to hack someone's forum account?
Can't he just create a new account his own?
And the Paypal scam is really horrible.

By the way, how do we get the E-mail Unverified?

Just register a email you don't really have like admin@msn.com and then sign in to Messenger and then it will say E-mail Unverified, and don't bump old threads.
