when i use firefox for the forums i have no problem with my av&sig and the transparent background. but atm i use IE and the bg of av&sig is grey? why?

IE6 doesn't support alpha transparent PNGs without tricks on the website itself.  IE7 does, so you could upgrade... or go back to Firefox.

Its because internet explorer 6 doesn't support transparency.

The trick to solving this problem is using transparents gifs, although they do not tend to work well with shadows

i have firefox but i just wanted to know. using IE7 wont work... i have that little problem with the genuine thingy

But it doesn't let you download if it isn't genuine, doesn't it? i had to get genuine for IE7..
