O.P. RE: 81000314 error at sign in (service unavailable)...
Okay, thankyou for posting they're entire reply, but isn't that for the '80010045' error? Why would it work for my '81000314' error? I'll try it anyway, though...But what are all of the registry values of Windows Live Messenger, or were those all of them in that reply you got from them? And when it says to also remove all associated third party applications, does that include Windows Messenger, and Windows Live Toolbar? This is becoming a very annoying problem...

This included, but not limited to: Smiley Central, Messenger Plus! Live, Clean Messenger, etc. etc.
as for why the 80010045 solutions should work is because to a noob's perspective, the solutions are very general.

Okay, but once I remove those applications from Add Or Remove Programs, am I supposed to completely remove them? Like, delete they're folders out of Local Disc (C ) >> Program Files, and use the registry editor to delete they're registry keys? And what about Windows Messenger? That is pre-installed on my computer already, should I remove that as well? And as far as the way to delete all of my contact lists, wouldn't that make it so I didn't have any contacts? I'd really prefer not to do that...Also, I technically used to have Cursor Mania, so I could have a custom cursor, but then I removed it, because its spyware/ad-ware, however the custom cursor remains...

You dont need to delete the registry keys.

It has nothing to do with Windows Live Messenger when it comes to this.
Going to bed now. Will reply tomorrow.

Wish me luck...Thankyou all for you're replies also, I'll post back here either after I finish up what you all recommend I do, or after I format my computer...Thanks again...

Alright, it worked! Thankyou very much NagamasaAzai for posting that entire reply from MSN...I followed it step by step and literally did everything it said. Thanks everyone for replying as well, I really appreciate the help. If only I would have known this before the ten times I had formatted my computer for the ' 80010045' error...Oh well, thankyou all again, I really appreciate you're help and support...
*I apologize for the double-post*
