ObjectDock

FlyakiteOSX is a program that tries to make your PC look and behave exactly like a mac. I used it for a short while and it comes with a few different alternative docks. One was ObjectBar, but the other one kicked it's ass. I recommend just getting this utility even if it's only being used for the one aspect. I posted a pic in the October desktops thread if you want a preview
