This is the first time I have come across this problem.  This will probably have something to do with the languages things I have put it.  I have updated this slightly for the next release though I don't think it will help this problem very much.  Would it be possible if you could send a copy of the debugger to my email address ( mark [dot] kernke [at] gmail [dot] com ).  To bring up the debugger you will need to firstly go into the plus preferences > General > Scripts > check the box "Enable debugging options (for script developers only".  This will bring up a new window and it is the log in there for Message Customizer! Live that I would like (you might need to restart the script or messenger to get me all the information I would like (and then make sure you sign in and try the menus).  That information should be enough for me to understand what happened.

One thought of mine for the reasoning behind this is because your friend might not have selected a language option on the first start-up and there will be a problem whenever it tries to get information about the selected language.  To fix this you must first uninstall the script and then re-install it and select a language when prompted and press ok to it.  Without this their will be problems in the current build, I will fix this up for th next release however (hopefully).

Also, I think there's another problem with languages, as everytime I logout it loses the previous selections & returns back to english

I haven't had much of a chance to have a close look at the languages features, I have been waiting on NanaFreak to just get all the text areas correct first before I did anything and we have also been waiting on some translators getting back to us with the .ini files.  I plan to have a new build out soon with some minor changes and multiple languages but before that I will definitely look further into this and try to sort the problem out.

oh, well, that's not a big problem... I still can live with english... take your time

Markee i also came across this same problem i did report it to NanaFreak a while ago he didnt really know what happened this actually happened to Both WLM preview Box and MCL!.i dont know why but it happened as soon as i updated 8.0 to the 8.1 beta to fix it i just reinstalled 8.0 along with plus and all my scripts from fresh and it worked i think just reinstalling plus and all the scripts would fix it i am currently using 8.1 now and MC!L is working so im a bit confused why this happened.i hope this helps you figure the problem out
