This is a running process
C:\WINDOWS\system32\pvwzrxf\svchost.exe

you have to find in taskmanager process which Image Name is "svchost.exe" and User Name "Agnes"
then select it and click on end process

Then do I open the import script?

EDIT:// I've found it. End processed it and imported the script. I'm not sure if it's fully gone, how should I check it?

then you have the download and open it

When you open it a window will appear then you have to click on import(i don't know if it's the correct translation...)
