one should know that there can't be a freedom which allow anybody insult a person. ıf I were you ı would read the new aqurately.  Mustafa Kemal Atatürk is the founder of turkey republic. ın that video which is blocked by the court contains some silly scene which tries to show atatüek as if he was a gay.Now a want to ask my friends do you know:
what did your courts do just after BUSH' S videos aired in yotube.
turkey is a democratic country. dont forget this? freedom is not the way insulting one's honer

Bush is just president.. Ataturk is the founder of Turkey republic (And our SAVER ).. Our president now R.Tayyip Erdogan,and you can found lot of videos about him on youtube,nobody says anything about it.

Why is calling him gay an insult? :/

I guess all the people in Turkey could just use Circumventor sites from now on to access Youtube until this whole mess is sorted out.

I do hope though that this mess is sorted out soon. It's a shame, YouTube is a brilliant site and even I think if they just banned members and deleted the videos it would have worked out.

If they called him gay, it is extremely obvious it is meant as an insult.

it doesn't matter if the site is blocked, just change your DNS and proxy connection servers to override around your ISP blocking and you can get to the site.
they do that in the UAE (dubai, abu dhabi etc.) too, and i got around it.
