Doesnt really matter to me except for the fact that I dont know what is going to happen to the Rogers Yahoo! stuff.

I never liked Yahoo!. Maybe it's too colourful and too bloated with text and images...

in my opinion, ms should buy everything in yahoo except for yahoo mail and yahoo messenger (for vista).

I think MS can buy yahoo out but that doesn't change the facts. Facts are that MS might be a leader in OS and other quite a few other software based fields at the moment but Google still outperforms them in the web and its not even a close battle. The web is the only place where Google leads Microsoft and it hurts them big time because the web is a huge source of income. Google has way better data centres anyway

Imo Google will still rule the web while MS tries to catch up. On the other hand, Google has no plans to go into the OS and other fields that MS has pretty much covered up with its dominance so MS is ahead there. I love google but I wouldn't mind at all working at MS In fact I'd love it
