RE: Microsoft blocks youtube links?
I can still use info domains 8-) If I coudn't, asking people to tell me their thoughts on my website would be a little bit useless :P And I tried a number of items in that blocked items list and they work fine for me...
Youtube is blocked though that's so stupid! It worked fine the other day...I wonder if they still work if sent via Windows Messenger or another messenger version.

I contacted Windows Live support about the blocked site, they replied, here's a bit of the response:

Although the link you are trying to send might not really pose any security threat to you and your contact. Seems the system thinks it might be a threat therefore it is blocked. We value the messenger experience of our customers like you. We assure you that we will be looking into this concern. I will be forwarding this issue to our Subject Matter Experts so that it can be investigated and proper actions can be done.

Hopefully its resolved soon then.

Links to the youtube site are working for me and also links to videos are working (i have the youtube launher script). I tried this by signing in through 2 different accounts and sent it from one account to the other. Neither were blocked.

If you did that just now, it's because Microsoft rectified the situation.

I tried it yesterday and I got like what dwergs got on mess.be

source mess.be

I'm not sure if I'm allowed to repost that picture so, If I'm not supposed to PM me and I will remove it.

This just highlights the poor system used within Messenger. The filter system is a result of sloppy, rushed and poor programming. TB found that the system actually can cause Messenger to crash and slow down significantly.
