Might just be that it hasn't loaded fully yet? Trying it now...

Yeah same happens here. If you wait longer you get about 3 .flv files.

What do I do with real player, I don't understand?

Real Player really does suck.

real player works so open real player then click file new browsing wondow or something like that.
then it acts like internet explorer, just navigate to the page you want then a little box pops up and says download this video
