1. when in a mass conversation, theres no sound when someone posts a message. works fine in 1 to 1 conversations tho.

2. when you change the colour scheme ( bottom part ) for WLM 2009 to black, its really white. And its really bright in my opinion. Is there anyway to make it greyish or something like that.

3. This isn't really a problem but, the green square surrounding your display picture, it cant be changed into another colour right?

2. This cannot be changed, i recall a patch previously making the colours more identified in previous versions but haven't seen this in new versions.
3. No the surrounding colour cannot be changed in the settings as it is linked to the contacts status. Not sure if skins can adjust this but i think they can?

okay, thanks for solving the first 2 problems. the first one is the main one tho ._.

i have noticed it doesnt flash orange down the botton when people reply thats rather irratating lol is their  fix for this ?

If you are using Messenger Plus! Live 4.79 Beta with the new version of Windows Live Messenger then this is a known bug caused by MP!L 4.79 and you can either uninstall 4.79 Beta or wait for the release a little later on today of the 4.80 Beta

Tools > Options > Alerts > Only show an alert for group messages  after group is idle for: <number>

If you set the number to 0 you'll get a sound each time..
