Yes, it is the same as before, which you could easly found yourself if you just checked or opened the DLLs in Messenger's directory.

msgslang.<versionnumber>.dll

well i tried there and i only got icons... so

To view the resources of a DLL you need a resource viewer, not some icon extractor or some other program which is only designed to view specific resources.
