how to remove background in logon window ?

Give it time. Not everybody here is 24/7 on the forums...

Removing/replacing that background is most likely a very basic thing. But give people time to answer; it only has been 2 hours since the question was asked. A forum is not an instant message medium where you (usually) have a response in seconds.

(Also reading the skinning documentation might help)

the codes "<Metadata>" are  to set the image.
