O.P. Under Lock and Key?
I've came back to this forum after a long time to start posting any time I can when I'm bored and I've noticed a recent trend. Threads have been getting locked without warning and without any notice. I'm aware that this forum isn't controlled by the members, so we have little say, but it just seems like courtesy to give a reason or even give a warning telling people to get back on topic.
This forum isn't as friendly as it used to be. If it continues this way or gets worse then there will be no regular members here. From what I can see, there aren't many here anyway...

RE: Under Lock and Key?
I can't even create a simple discussion without it getting out of control and locked...

RE: Under Lock and Key?
None of this is new, and none of this will change. Deal with it.
There is a report button for a reason, and in the case of Chris4's thread, no posts were reported.

I think you misunderstand what I'm saying and have said exactly what I mean.
You said "No posts were reported", so why was the thread closed?
Why are any of these threads closed without good reason?

HAHAHAHAH DISREGARD THAT, I SUCK COCKS.
edit: If the above attitude was to continue in this thread (and you choose not to report it), it'll eventually be caught by a mod, and they will make a judgment call.

That would be fair enough if there was that sort of attitude. But a thread like Chris4's was locked when the discussion was interesting. Why not just split it like they normally do or delete individual posts?

My thoughts? Too much drama. This is the internet, deal with it. We are not your mommy or counselor. This supposed to be a software support forum after all
I cannot hear you. There is a banana in my ear.
