Had problems here just too... Needed a couple of refreshes.

It happens quite a lot if I keep latest.php open...

Can't say I've noticed anything and I'm on pretty much all the time

This is the only site thats doing this for me

The site was playing up before.

It's been down again!    I've just managed to get on again...

I too only see this problem for this site only. 

No problems from what I could see. Probably a DNS issue, Next time it happens try using OpenDNS or 4.2.2.2 to see if you can resolve the server IP properly.

next time you can't reach the website, run

code:

ipconfig /flushdns
nslookup msghelp.net
tracert msghelp.net

---

in the command prompt for some basic debugging.

if nslookup fails or tracert says something like "unable to resolve..", it's a dns issue - try using the msghelp.net ip directly (http://64.62.180.102/) or, as wj suggested, switching to OpenDNS
