I'd be glad to translate, but i can't get any access to the file

here you have it. It seems that all the files under http://www.msgplus.net/data/ folder are missing. However, when Patchou fixes that, be sure you get the file from the server, just in case mine isn't updated (I don't think so, tho.)

Can anyone help make a translation?
I can translate text, but i understand nothing in all programming stuff...

you don't need to be a programmer. You only have to know the features of plus. Install it and get used to it, its features, how it works, what each thing does. After that you'll be able to start a translation.

by the way, don't double post. There's an edit button.

Just a note on your way if you want to translate... Choli has created a splended program for translating and somebody else has created a software to check that the & has been used correctly try it out - anyway those two programs are like heaven for a translator - if you cannot find the programs in this forum I am sure that Choli would like to do a little commercial for his own software and it wont take long to find the &-check-software either...

Well - erhm - I was tired and I almost slept while I wrote that post... Sorry but anyway I knew that you could find the URL for me (and so you did) and thats great
