O.P. Contact Invitation when Messenger Locked

I just noticed that when Messenger is locked, the Contact Invitation/Acceptance window pop up and isn't hidden.

Windows Vista Ultimate Service Pack 1, v.668 (6.0.6001)
Windows Live Messenger 9.0.1407
Messenger Plus! Live 4.50.0.312

But official site's changelog doesn't say anything for 9.0, so I had thought it has been fixed for 9.0 as well.

it's something that was fixed in 4.50 but for Messenger 8.x only.
