Sadly that is true. Even more sad is that both Skype and Messenger Plus! for Skype are both not even close as what they were as and for WLM. I got it working again, though a weird empty bar appears in the middle of monitor #1 (not the monitor showing the WLM call) centred. That is while running WLM and Skype at the same time.
