Well...it worked for a bit. The Recovery Window did it's thing and Plus would load properly as long as I didn't have MSN loading on Windows startup. I would think that it's possible for someone to make this. The current HandWriting Enabler plugin is basically just InfoPen. Now, there is InfoPen Pro...which does what you're asking for.
