Cookie it's not about _constantly_ installing and uninstalling Plus! It's to indicate if the computer they are on has Plus! functionality. Ideally it would be nice if they worked this way, but AFAIK they send then allow you to play them. As long as they don't become overly huge in filesize, then it shouldn't eat away much bandwidth.
