I've got to agree with you here. I have to use Windows Messenger because of Exchange Messaging. I've got the same problem. Running WinXP SP1, MsgPlus 3.01.94 and Windows Messenger 5.0.0482. They worked fine in 2.x, but now are greyed out in 3.
