[ideia] MSN downtime notification when MSN is down Plus! could tell us with a alert when it's up again and auto-reconnect on MSN so that we wouldn't need to be checkin' when MSN is up again.

RE: Hax0r Language!!! I've downloaded and put it on the [i]Messenger Plus! 3\Resources[/i] folder but it doesnt show on the languague thing..... but if I alter the [i]DefaultLg[/i] it works ^o)
