How can i get rid of ADS on bottom of window

windows live messenger/msn messenger
I use msn messenger vice windows messenger that came with XP. Now there is a newer version messenger plus which I D/L. I'm sorry didn't explain myself correctly. BTW, I do own Lavasofts Ad-aware, and search and destroy, firewall is ZA. This all occurs with Messenger Plus no msn messenger and not because of stuffplug.
