RE: are you running Windows Vista final? No and I won't until SP1 (minimum). XP is running stable with no problems. So why should I replace it with an OS that only can be same or worse (what it will be)?
RE: Have you ever had a system failure? On my old computer i had several BSoDs and crashes. Overheating, PSU fuxed up and other stuff. On my new one I had a problem with a partition and used Partition Magic to merge it with C. Result MBR fuxed and format disc :(.

RE: FF themes Normally it works the way you did. Are you using version 2.0.0.1? If so it could be the same problem as I had some time ago. I was unable to change the theme or modify some stuff like favorites (imported bookmarks.html, restarted and they were gone)....
