How to resize the Quick Icons Panel?

Ctrl E doesnt show ALL! Just pined, wich more are almost 1/4 of all my emoticons. And more, i'v been searching, no other prog can do this, quick panel (for wlm 8). I cant understand why. Every time i try to rick click on it, this little dialog appers. I'm using Plus! 4 . The install was ok and everything seems to work fine.
