RE: Plus have been installed, but seems like I haven't I also have the same problem!! When MP!L is running normally and the plus! tab does appear on the WLM Window there should be a process running called MPtools.exe In our case MPtools.exe isn't running so therefore Plus! is not running along with WLM...
