And you still don't know how it happened? I have just reinstalled mine for the umteenth time, and it still wont work. Says 'software not loaded' - i miss its features!!! Help me please someone! I am having the same problem too. I have installed it from the proper site, followed all the instructions, and the plus menu bar simply says "software not loaded", which when clicked on says that an error occured while plus was loading.
