sorry guys i can't say who my ISP is, u know, internet safety reasons. Slow uTorrent download speed
i'm trying to download a few torrents using uTorrent but i'm getting crappy speeds (max 30kB/s). I did a speed test and my max speed is around 5.4Mb/s and my upload is around 0.25Mb/s.
