Messenger crashes my computer WINXP PRO EXPLORER 7 Messenger 8.5 4MB RAM When I use Live Messenger 8.5 and sometimes but not always try to use the web cam VX 3000 my computer crashes ( blue screen). This is occuring frequently and I don't know what to do.
STOP: 0x0000008E Dear users: When I try to engage in computer to computer VOIP with a particular contact I get immediately the a blue screen of death: Stop: 0x0000008E. It happens almost every time and only with one contact. Any advice?
