Is there any prospect of this being solved? I like to keep all the logs of chats. I know that is not the case because two of the contacts are my other two IDs and I know that none of the others are using the new vserrion. I did a google search for removing the ad and did so and it worked! Problem solved. About 30 seconds after I'd done it, the ad on my other pc had changed to something different that didn't take over the sound card!
