My status is online but everyone says i'm appearing offline?

i think i did it but it still doesn't work? i closed all my conversations, then opened up one conversation and i clicked that little arrow in the right hand corner right beneath the X is that correct then i closed it and it didn't work | vistauser69 | WLM Plus!
