RE: ======== Error Code: 8100030d........ help ========= I have had the same problems but fixed my system by the following. go to AVG anti virus click on (Web Shield) the next page will show 2 taggs Web and (Instant Messaging) un.tick the instant messaging protection box and reboot. mine now works fine.
