I though it depended on what server software your host uses? Because when I just surf to a folder with some files on my ISP's homepage space I get a 403 error.. I have icmp.dll in 3 directories in my windows dir. (Win XP - SP2) You might wanna check if imcp.dll is missing in one of these directories.
