It's a good idea, and suggestion.. But I doubt this will be taking as a serious note.. :(.. I don't think many developers wants to do this... Seems as you plugin have an error.. When a plugin errors on a reload, MsgPlus! will untick it from the list... Thereby it will not be loaded... You might want to check your code through... I believe this methods can only tell you what people are blocking you.. NOT see who appears offline...
