RE: Networking
Get an IP automatically wont work inside your network unless you set up a DHCP server, which I presume you havent done. Stick with static ips for now, but use 192.168.0.x for the router and for the host pc. Then use 192.168.1.x for the host pc and th...

RE: Networking
Do not use 100.100 as an ip address of your friends computers. That ip address is part of a private range, and using it on the network will cause address collisions. The following ranges are defined for public use. 10.x.x.x 172.16.x.x 192.168.x.x usi...

RE: /script <function name> <parameters>

RE: /script <function name> <parameters>
How will that help? Presumably your class is still using the VBArray to parse the parameters, so the error would just magically appear somewhere else 8-)

RE: Beta site news
The beta site looks like a news site because i ripped the code from another implementation. I just changed the content over for the beta site. I considered RSS feeds, but as someone mentioned, the feed would be public, which is not a great idea. Secu...

List of available methods/objects/variables etc (also, available languages)
I know that full documentation is on the way, but in the mean time is there just a single list of all objects, members, methods, functions, variables and whatever else for reference? Not necessarily descriptions of what they are but just enough so we...

RE: Scripts > "Create New.."
I'm guessing the textbox has been subclassed or something, its a problem ive seen before. Normal keycodes get processed, but not special ones (eg outside the printable character range) Should be simple enough to fix :D

RE: Audiator issues with latest version of MsgPlus. had to reinstall 3.54 to work again.
Hey, Sunshine pointed me to this thread. I stopped actively developing Audiator after version 3.0.010 or whatever it was, due to the new features in msgplus! 3. I still have the source for it, and am willing to update small changes to keep the plugin...

RE: audiator 3 wont work with msn 7.5 :(
You don't need it.] The custom sounds features of msgplus 3 supercede Audiators function. Audiator is now officially deprecated.

RE: Msn Features.. New Feature Ideas...
And what if you have more than one window open. and what if a site has popups? and what if you use IE or opera or firefox, or avant, or lynx, or mozilla or act10 etc etc etc. how is msgplus supposed to know where to get the address to show?

RE: Msn Features.. New Feature Ideas...
Invasion of Privacy. logistical nightmare. Might have to invole the msn servers themselves keeping tabs on them, but then thats too much load on the server, for no real benefit. Good luck getting msn to agree to that.
