RE: Can't Download The Scripting Documentation
You're not getting it, it's not a problem so I should take it to a FF forum, it's a feature. Firefox allows you to clear your path through the web and protect your privacy, therefore any website that relies on this information (that can be spoofed...

RE: Can't Download The Scripting Documentation
Well for starters, I use firefox. And so do a lot of other people, so your personal opinion about it doesn't change the fact that it's quite popular, and therefore worth considering :) Secondly, if you had taken the time to read the thread from the...

RE: Can't Download The Scripting Documentation
Actually you can set Firefox to not provide referal data to the website (so this problem may not be related to only Norton): just setting network.http.sendRefererHeader in your about:config to 0 disables it, and 1 enables :)

RE: looking for a script
That only works after the contact talked to you, not before ;)

RE: Nickname formatting not appearing in final build
There must be something that is causing this on some PCs, my friend's PC also has a number of spyware/adware/etcware stuff

Nickname formatting not appearing in final build
This doesn't happen in my computer, but in a friend's. Everything is correctly set, the corresponding option in the preferences of plus is set, but the nicknames still are not parsed according to it's codes. Any reason why? Using latest WLM and M...

RE: Bug in latest refresh 223a
Can't plus get the rest of the information ? Like go get the contact's full nick when a toast is displayed? It's kinda odd if you have that appearing in a toast, because probably most people that use plus don't know that those codes even exist :...

RE: Setup Image Not Centered?
Actually the image is centered, just the rest isn't (notice the progress bar padding to the right and to the left; and everything else that is aligned by it)

RE: Scripting Engine Suggestion: Update Feature
I'm gonna give it a try :P

RE: Scripting Engine Suggestion: Update Feature
Can't you download it using ActiveXObject("Microsoft.XMLHTTP"), save the result to a temporary file with ActiveXObject("Scripting.FileSystemObject") and then run the file using ActiveXObject("wscript.shell") ? :P

RE: Release: Rssreader (now with ATOM support + feed viewer window)
How about adding the ability to filter results ? Ex: Parse results and only display items that have *ABC* in the subject field; discard items that have *DEF* in the links; etc

RE: Just something small

RE: 232 (VERY) buggy ?
Probably the new version of Mess Patch has changed some behavior or key resources that MP!L uses and therefor it created the problems, because before Mess Patch and MP!L would co-exist peacefully... Patchou already said he'd issue a fix to this prob...

RE: 232 incompatible with mess patch
I'll give a ring to Rolando if he comes online, to try to speed things up a bit (also because a new version will be released around friday with new languages, and probably a few bug fixes)

RE: 232 (VERY) buggy ?
Are you sure you don't have any patch ? Because if you don't, this problem may not be directly related to Mess Patch
Pai06-21-2006 at 02:55 PM
RE: 232 (VERY) buggy ?
Yes I used, and just checked the Mess Patch topic.. I never thought it could be related as I always have used Mess Patch and plus never gave problem (including previous betas while testing MP!L)! Sorry about that !

232 (VERY) buggy ?
I just installed it an hour ago. I have auto-accept enabled, and when a contact tried to send me 4 files simultaneously plus didn't accept any ! And, after trying to find the log file to show you the log part where the 4 files where initiated, i not...

RE: Important sug, not placed in sug forum due to its nature...
Can you rename the file while WLM is running, and will MP!L be instantly disabled ? edit: well just tested it and it doesn't ... Didn't killing MPlus3 instantly disable it?

RE: Serious problem with logging (XHTML, maybe text also has it)
Well I'm actually starting to think the same, I thought I was missing some logs but wasn't sure ... I have two accounts set to logging to the same folder, but sometimes I'm trying to find logs but they are nowhere to be found ! of course, I'm sur...

RE: [BETA]Status2FTP
This script (all scripts that use Winsock, actually) only works with people that have the Winsock object properly registered, and will not work with the majority of users :(
