Hertz indicates your refresh rate. 85Hz for example, refreshes your screen 85 times [b]per second[/b]. msmsg.exe = Windows Messenger msnmsgr.exe = MSN Messenger Dont apply the patch to Windows Messenger.. that will screw it up ;).
