RE: What is the difference in XP x64? It will ONLY run on a processor with 64-bit architecture. Basically it makes Windows itself run faster for 64-bit processors AND it makes APPs launch/shutdown faster. That's about it now bcz of how few things take advantage of x64. Btw - your... | .blade// | Tech Talk | 03-18-2005 at 06:07 PM |

RE: Sony's prejudice towards Canadians. Well those countries aren't considered large markets. And by the way, I call it prejudice because USA and Canada ALWAYS have console/game launches at the same time with the same deals...accept this time :-/ | .blade// | General Chit Chat | 03-17-2005 at 03:16 AM |

RE: Sony's prejudice towards Canadians. I know, but the people that pre-ordered the PSP at $300 Canadian are (most of them at least) being forced to pay the $50 extra too. I'm in luck bcz nobody seems to pre-order around here, but most people are VERY pissed off. The official PSP forums ... | .blade// | General Chit Chat | 03-17-2005 at 02:08 AM |
RE: Sony's prejudice towards Canadians. Well the online stores are selling packages, but in the physical store they don't have to (Why this is, I don't know), but it's not out until next week in the US and Canada anyways. | .blade// | General Chit Chat | 03-17-2005 at 01:58 AM |
RE: Sony's prejudice towards Canadians. Well firstly, Patch, No - the Americans do not have to buy the game, only Canadains do. It's a move by Sony of Canada. And ya, I know the value pack is something completly different, I've been following the PSP for a year now :P Also, The PSPs on ... | .blade// | General Chit Chat | 03-17-2005 at 01:53 AM |
Sony's prejudice towards Canadians. Ok, I'm lucky - I pre-ordered a PSP before they changed the rules so I get JUST a PSP, but because of a low supply of PSPs, Sony says they "HAVE TO" do this to ensure Canada even gets the PSP. All 90% of Canadians will be required to buy a PSP Val... | .blade// | General Chit Chat | 03-17-2005 at 01:43 AM |

RE: Play Monopoly Good game, runs prety well ACCEPT "Build" doesn't appear to do anything (and if it does, it doesn't tell you what :P) Also: It lets you spend money into the negatives and you don't get $200 when you pass go :P | .blade// | Tech Talk | 03-16-2005 at 07:30 PM |
RE: does anybody know a site that shows you how to install mods on a ps2 You answered your own question :P He's doing it to make it look cool....just for that - looks. It's like having a neon light on your PC. | .blade// | Tech Talk | 03-16-2005 at 04:23 AM |
RE: Undeleting the recycle bin? Unless you have something like a new version of Norton installed with Un-Erase wizard then you're prob. out of luck. | .blade// | Tech Talk | 03-16-2005 at 04:14 AM |

RE: shopping for video cards... Wtf do you think we've been going on about? The X series uses PCI-Express. If you don't have it you can't use the X series and have to stick with the Radeon series? Get it? Got it? Good! | .blade// | Tech Talk | 03-14-2005 at 07:20 PM |
RE: shopping for video cards... Then you can't get any of the X series, you have to stick with the Radeons. You could go for a 9800 Pro. | .blade// | Tech Talk | 03-14-2005 at 06:56 PM |
RE: does anybody know a site that shows you how to install mods on a ps2 No, he means like adding neon lights and stuff I think. | .blade// | Tech Talk | 03-14-2005 at 06:52 PM |
RE: shopping for video cards... You still haven't answered our question - does your computer have PCI-Express (which is not just the standard PCI slot)? | .blade// | Tech Talk | 03-14-2005 at 06:48 PM |
RE: does anybody know a site that shows you how to install mods on a ps2 I know that, but I'm talking about a case mod to make illegal copies of a disc and that the case mod doesn't fall near that :P | .blade// | Tech Talk | 03-14-2005 at 06:42 PM |
RE: shopping for video cards... That requires PCI Express. Unless his PC is brand new then he won't have PCI Express. Well, Pr0xy, do you? :p | .blade// | Tech Talk | 03-14-2005 at 06:36 PM |

RE: does anybody know a site that shows you how to install mods on a ps2 Actually - it's not illegal to mod a console - it's your console (thought it may void the warranty). It is, however, illegal to use mods to rip/copy games. Case mods don't even fall near that category (though they still void the warranty. Oppenin... | .blade// | Tech Talk | 03-14-2005 at 06:02 PM |
