RE: Bill Gates has a PSP
Then that wouldn't be an HDD - it would be a FLASH device like the PSP uses

RE: Bill Gates has a PSP
There are different models. I was talking about the middle-end model (and in CAD $)

RE: Bill Gates has a PSP
It's a like $450 Handheld with all sorts of extra crap most people don't need [e.g. GPS], no analog stick, almost no game support and DS style graphics :D http://www.gizmondo.com/ [img]http://www.gamesplanet.be/screens/newsitem_19 85/gizmondo.jpg[/i...

RE: Bill Gates has a PSP
Actually Microsoft is endorcing the Gizmondo (which sucks :P) And by the way - to put an HDD in a handheld AND keep it portable AND give it a good battery life AND keep it light would be very costly.

RE: Bill Gates has a PSP
Actually - Microsoft did a prety good job for their first time around with a console. They may even win in the next generation if they manage to get their Xbox 360 out this fall (a good deal ahead of the other companies) like they plan to.

RE: next gen pc cases
I think by "next generation" that's what the meant :P It's prety cool though - I like how the door picots, but it's fairly big. I MAY buy it once I get a new video card and need better cooling (it has like 5 fans :P) but it's like $200 on NCIX...

RE: next gen pc cases
That one has been around for a while - I thought about buying it when I built my PC but it's helluva expensive.

RE: Telus has bandwidth caps but they aren't enforcing them
Well what I truly hate is that one of the perks was "infinite bandwidth" when I joined, but now they've added this. I'm considering switching to SHAW.

RE: Telus has bandwidth caps but they aren't enforcing them
Nope. Like I said - I went 500% over my cap in February but I wasn't warned. I may switch ISPs if they enforce this :dodgy:

Telus has bandwidth caps but they aren't enforcing them
If you go to https://reg1.telus.net/selfcare/SelfCareApp and log in, then go to "account usage" you can see your current bandwidth usage. The limit is 10GB but they're not enforcing them. For example - in February I had almost 500% of the bandwidt...

RE: pictures of ps3 graphics....
Uh - ATI makes the best graphics chips out there - Nintendo just screwed the Gamecube over. And I believe it's: Nvidia = Xbox 360 ATI = Playstation 3

Or you can pay $15 and not have to worry about 'points' :P Edit: Decided to try it out. Feel free to do it if you want your email account spammed, junk mail sent to your house and adware on your PC

RE: Command Button VB Help
:| I told you before - selector is a variable with a number which is between 1 and 4. Every time a colour is picked, the number goes up - so that C & selector always gives you the right selection.
.blade//Tech Talk04-28-2005 at 06:12 PM
RE: Command Button VB Help
Well try this code: (If your version of VB recognises "ME" - otherwise replace "me" with the box name)
"C" & selector.backcolor = me.backcolor If selector =< 4 then selector = selector + 1 end if
.blade//Tech Talk04-28-2005 at 06:03 PM
RE: Command Button VB Help
Did you define selector?
.blade//Tech Talk04-28-2005 at 05:42 PM
RE: Command Button VB Help
For my code to work you have to rename "Cmdfinal" 1-4 to "C" 1-4.

RE: Command Button VB Help
I haven't done VB for a while, but this is a fairly simpel way to do it :P I'm going to call: The buttons you click by the colours they are. The choices (at the bottom) "C1", "C2", "C3" and "C4" The variable "selector" will represent what...

RE: Major slowdown + clicking
Actually - I figured out the clicking. It was totally different than I thought. Turns out one of the rubber stops on the bottom of the case was a TINY TINY bit smaller than the rest, so when I typed I shook the table JUST enough to start clicking :| ...
