It's better to get a router IMO, because then you can have the router always on and you don't need to have the computer always on. Erm, a vacuum/compressed air combo is the best way to go. Just run the vacuum near the PC a few times (a shop vac is good for this as their very powerful) to get rid of all the loose dust.
